Walied and Deena Soliman All Star Scholarship for Learning Disabilities
This scholarship aims to recognize All-Star students who have persevered in the face of a learning limitation or disability (invisible/visible, i.e., ADHD, Dyslexia, hearing impaired, etc.). Walied Soliman is a Toronto-based lawyer and partner at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. Walied’s deepest commitment is to his family. He and his wife Deena reside in Toronto with their children. Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant identifies as Muslim
- Applicant identifies as having a learning limitation and/or disability (as defined by the Accessible Canada Act)
- Applicant is currently enrolled full time in their last year at a recognized Canadian High School/CEGEP program and intends to pursue post secondary education full time in the fall
